Terms and Conditions

Your amazing trip will be an any weather event so plan accordingly.
You can cancel with full refund 30 days prior to your reservation date.
There is no refund if you cancel outside of thirty days (You may want to purchase travelers' insurance.)
Pets allowed. $50.00 pet fee per pet.
Pets must be on leash when outside the treehouse.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture and you may incur additional charge for scratches or other damage.
Pets cannot be unattended for no reason.
All children under the age of 18 cannot be left unattended in tree houses, trails or anywhere on property.
Vehicles must remain on gravel areas only.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings. Please use caution and dispose of butts responsibly as you are in middle of forest
No firearms or ATV's allowed
