Hickory tree house built by Bill. This treehouse will sleep two adults and 3-4 kids. It has a nook that can be used as day bed, and a double loft - one side queen and opposite twin. It has kitchenette, cooler and two burner stove. It also has propane grill on deck
A slide will take you below to a swing and kids ZIPLINE. Hickory has a firepit with seating.

The Historic Renovated Farmhouse with Pavilion. Best for day retreats or rented out with entire property. Has real kitchen, dining and living room plus 4 bedrooms with bunk. Sleeps 8.
Pavilion is 30x30 with tables and chairs, electricity, outdoor bar, kitchen area
Is there bathrooms inside the treehouse?
No, you do have your own private bathroom 5 min walk and compost for quick trips 5 second walk
Is there running water?
No, you do have a 3 gallon tank of water with option to refill as much as needed by your bathhouse
Can I have more than 6 guest?
No, each three house has a max guest fire code regulation
Is there heat and air?
Yes in cold heat by wood burner or space heater. In summer there is window unit air. Both suffice.
