This is Rain or Shine event
- No cancellations outside 30 days (You may want to purchase traveler's insurance.)
- If outside 30 days of your reservation full refund.
- Inside 30 days of your reservation no refund.
- Pets allowed. $50.00 pet fee per pet.
- Pets must be on leash when around other guests.
- Pets cannot be on furniture.
- Pets cannot be left in tree house unattended for no reason.
- If any damage left from your pet. Like scratch marks on doors or floors you will be charged to replace.
- No children under 18 unattended in tree houses or trails.
- Only drive on gravel road.
- No firearms or ATV's.
